Salinas Excursions Since the very beginning, we have collaborated with various associations of walkers to spread the culture of trekking, and indeed, we can affirm that we owe in part the genesis of our own activity precisely to the acquaintances and friendships made during these collaborations, first with the Trekking Italia and subsequently with many sections of the CAI.
Even today we often write people who want to spend a few days of vacation with their friends, colleges, or members of the association to which they belong. For this reason we have developed itineraries and offers designed specifically for pre-established groups.

Here are some proposals articulated
on different levels of difficulty and experience of the group
FOR SCHOOLS
There is a proposal for SCHOOLS , where students can experiment with different learning methods.
Many teachers who have shared this experience with us have in fact confirmed to us that the opportunity to live a week's experience in close contact with nature has been an opportunity for the kids that has favored the formation of an environmental awareness, as well as the strengthening of important values such as cohesion with the class and solidarity.
In our opinion the itinerary A Sea of Mountains, in particular due to the lower level of difficulty and the absence of complex technical passages, it represents the ideal proposal for schools and groups of young people from 10 years of age (provided they are used to walking in the mountains).

PERMANENT TREKKING
For groups of walkers who want a short holiday of relaxation and adventure, we have thought of a one-week permanent trek, Relax and adventure itinerary which includes 5 daily excursions (leaving every morning from the hotel and returning the afternoon at the end of the excursion) plus a relaxing day to discover the food and wine culture of the place.
ITINERANT TREKKING
ITINERANT TREKKING For those who want to put themselves to the test in an itinerant trek with an outdoor bivouac (or tent) we have prepared two proposals with a slightly different degree of difficulty: Trek of the 7 Coves itinerary a 7-day trek which consists of cross the Gulf of Orosei from Santa Maria Navarrese to Cala Gonone stopping from time to time in all the most beautiful coves in the Gulf; and the A Sea of Mountainsa route with a slightly lower degree of difficulty, which consists of crossing the Gulf from north to south.
FOR EXPERT HIKERS
For more expert hikers there is the famous Selvaggio Blu , a route which, following the ancient paths of charcoal burners and shepherds, allows you to visit the wildest and most inaccessible corners of the Baunei coast.
DAILY EXCURSIONS
We also organize daily tours, which can be either short walks to discover the local history and gastronomy, or more demanding excursions.
SPECIAL OFFER
We have also thought of a special offer for those who have already made excursions with us and therefore already know part of the eastern coast of Sardinia. It is a week-long trek that starts in the Supramonte di Baunei (here you can agree on a 3 or 4-day itinerary for the group) and then moves to the west coast and visits Masua, the Dune di Piscinas and the old mines now abandoned.
In this way you will have the opportunity to grasp two different but equally suggestive aspects of Sardinia: first the most pristine and wild part; subsequently you will have the opportunity to appreciate an important part of the history of Sardinia, linked to the ancient mining activity, which until a few decades ago characterized the south-western area of the island.
