If, in relation to the desired event, the minimum number of participants has already been reached, the event is considered confirmed and therefore it will be possible to proceed immediately with the payment of the deposit (at the time of registration, if the trip is not yet confirmed, there no payment will be required). Payment methods and other information are contained in the travel contract that will be sent to you by e-mail upon confirmation of the event.

3THE TRAVEL CONTRACT
The Salinas Company organizes the packages with the technical direction of the ByNos Travel Agency, on the basis of the reg. no. 38/1982.
Therefore, each traveler will stipulate a travel contract containing in detail the ways in which the relationship is regulated and all the services included. This in order to offer the traveler maximum transparency and therefore greater protection.

4 WHAT DOES THE TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDE?
All packages include an insurance policy against personal risks during travel for tourism or study purposes.
The policy therefore covers medical assistance and reimbursement or medical/hospital/pharmaceutical expenses in the event of illness and accident. All details relating to the insurance policy will be contained in the travel contract.

5 WHAT SERVICES DOES THE SALINAS COMPANY OFFER BESIDES THE EXCURSION ACTIVITIES?
The goal of the Salinas Company is to offer a holiday that seeks to combine the sporting/natural aspect of trekking with the discovery of the culture and traditions of the place. In fact, Salvatore has been a shepherd since he was a boy and by exercising this activity he has become a profound connoisseur of the paths in the area.
The activity of environmental guide can therefore be said to have been born almost by chance in the 80s, accompanying and making the first visitors of the time discover the beauties that characterize our territory. Even today he continues to be a shepherd, and his sheepfold (link sheepfold section), also given the strategic position in which it is located, is a must on our excursions.

INFORMATION CONCERNING TREKKING
1 WHAT TO BRING FOR TREKKING?
It is advisable to bring the bare essentials with you. In particular for bivouacs it is necessary:
- sleeping bag suitable for guaranteeing the right thermal comfort (in Sardinia the climate in spring/summer/early autumn is generally certainly not particularly cold);
- mat to sleep on;
- hiking backpack;
- windproof and waterproof jacket;
- electric torch;
- small knife;
- spare clothing;
- mosquito spray (especially for bivouacs on the beach)
2RECOMMENDED CLOTHING
Trekking shoes and technical clothing suitable for walking. For the rest, no specific equipment is required (at most, for those who deem it useful, bring trekking poles with you).
3LUGGAGE TRANSPORT
For all our weekly treks we offer the transport of luggage from stage to stage in order to face the trek only with the day backpack. In fact, a second backpack, in which to put everything you need for the bivouac in the evening (sleeping bag, mattress, spare clothes, etc.) will be transported to you by off-road vehicle, or by sea in a rubber dinghy, at the end of the stage.
When preparing your luggage, take into account the fact that, if the sea conditions should be prohibitive, these will have to be transported, albeit for short distances, on the shoulder; for this reason, we strongly ask you not to bring useless and superfluous things with you.

4 WHICH SERVICES ARE PRESENT IN THE BIVOUACS?
The bivouacs will mainly be held in the sheepfolds (see the SHEEPFOLD PIRAS section) where there are essential services such as the toilet, the shower, and mobile phone charging stations. Dinners and breakfasts (hot meals) will be based on genuine local products.
5 WHAT DOES THE PACKED LUNCH CONSIST OF?
Every morning you will be provided with a packed lunch, which consists of water, fruit, vegetables, bread, cold cuts and cheese.

4 MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
Our treks will be confirmed when the minimum number of 4 people is reached.
In fact, thanks to the "supplement for small groups" formula, the price of the holiday varies according to the number of participants. By way of example: the price of the Selvaggio Blu varies from €590 to €650, this means that if the number of participants is 4 or 5 people, the fee for each will correspond to the maximum amount indicated in the price list (therefore €650 ); if, on the other hand, it is possible to form a larger group, the price will decrease to the lowest figure indicated (in our example €590).

5 PRE-FORMED GROUPS
It often happens that you want to live an experience like the ones we offer in the company of your friends, colleagues or members of the association or club you belong to. In these cases, a discount will be applied to the promoter of the event, which, depending on the number of participants, may also consist of the entire fee being free.

6SPOKEN LANGUAGES
Paolo and Salvatore have now gained decades of experience in the tourism sector. In all these years and thanks to experiences abroad Paolo has acquired the knowledge of two foreign languages, and today he speaks fluent French and German.
In the case of bookings by groups who do not speak Italian, French or German, we will take care of using an interpreter at our expense.

7 WHAT SERVICES ARE PRESENT IN THE AREA?
In Baunei and Santa Maria Navarrese there are practically all the services that can be useful for trekking: shops for trekking items, ATMs, hotels, B&Bs, pharmacies, newsagents, etc.
8 WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED PERIOD TO DO THE TREKKING?
Due to the milder temperatures, the best periods for trekking are spring and autumn.
However, bear in mind that, since the routes are near the coast, there is always a slight breeze, and therefore, with some precautions, the trek can also be done in the warmer months.

9 ANTI-CONTAGION RULES FOR COVID-19
Our treks will take place in full compliance with the anti-Covid-19 regulations, therefore where it will not be possible to respect the safety distances, protective devices will be worn (for example in briefings or in accommodation facilities).
